Among the most notable developments is the construction of the Nippon Paint China headquarters, accompanied by a dedicated building materials and packaging base. This project is bolstered by an investment of 330 million yuan, reflecting Nippon Paint’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the rapidly evolving Chinese market. As one of the leading paint manufacturers, their new base is expected to enhance operational efficiency and responses to local market demands.

Another significant initiative is the establishment of the GalaxyCore headquarters, which comes with a hefty investment of 1.68 billion yuan. GalaxyCore is recognized as a leading player in the integrated circuit (IC) design space, particularly in CMOS image sensors and display driver ICs. The new headquarters will feature an advanced research and development center along with employee housing, thereby creating a comprehensive environment fostering innovation and boosting workforce stability.

In terms of operational output, eight major projects have begun production with a combined investment of 4.1 billion yuan. Additionally, 25 projects have gained industry entry approval, representing a planned investment of 39.5 billion yuan.
